Warnings of Pre-Eclampsia

A nurse just told Alisha that they ran some tests today and she is at risk of developing pre-eclampsia. You can find out more about it here, but basically it is high blood pressure that can threaten the mother's health if left untreated. They ran tests today and are getting suspicious. Unfortunately, if the conditions get too bad then the doctors will do a C-section to protect the baby and relieve the high blood pressure.

Please pray that her blood test results get better and that doctors are able to resolve this without causing an early birth. With our baby it just seems like behind each "up" is a "down" and behind each "down" there's an "up". This process is really wearing emotionally on Alisha. Please pray for "ups".
